Netflix took a gamble when they started producing shows exclusively for their network, and that gamble is paying off. Shows like House of Cards and Orange is the New Black are now reasons to subscribe to Netflix (let alone all the movies and other TV shows you can watch). Next up on the list is an animated show capturing such vocal talents as Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Aaron Paul, and Paul F. Tompkins.

Take a look at the preview:

The synopsis is as follows:

Will Arnett voices BoJack, the failed legendary 90’s sitcom star from the favorite family sitcom “Horsin’ Around,” who has been trying to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whiskey and failed relationships. Now, in the presence of his human sidekick Todd (Aaron Paul) and his feline agent and ex-paramour Princess Caroline (Amy Sedaris), BoJack is primed for his comeback…

This particular teaser doesn’t do much for me, but given that Netflix doesn’t shy away from the vulgar stuff, I’ll be curious to check out a complete episode once it streets.

Season one of BoJack Horseman premieres on Netflix with twelve episodes on Friday, August 22nd at 12:01 AM PT.
