We're down to single digit days until THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG hits theaters, and two brand new clips have landed from Peter Jackson's second film based on the J.R.R. Tolkien novel. The first clip has Bilbo (Martin Freeman) almost revealing to Gandolf (Ian McKellen) what he found in the goblin tunnels, and the second one features a debate between Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) and Bard the Bowman (Luke Evans) about going into Lonely Mountain to reclaim the Dwarves' gold from Smaug the dragon.

Check them out:

I've enjoyed everything I've seen so far for THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG, and as I've said before, to me, the new movie looks and feels more like it's a part of THE LORD OF THE RINGS series than the last one. Very excited to see the next chapter in THE HOBBIT story.

THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG will be released on December 13th, 2013.
