Cool Videos: The Avengers trailer recreated with bloopers makes for hilarious hijinks

Well, this is a new one.

A lot of blu-ray/DVD's these days are releasing blooper reels with their films, but I hadn't given any thought to what it would be like to recut a particular film using only the blooper footage. The results, as evidenced by this one for Joss Whedon's THE AVENGERS, are quite hilarious. Silly, to be sure (they ARE bloopers), but a perfectly harmless laugh when you hold up the blooper trailer to the real one. I don't know that we need a wave of these to follow, but this one got a few laughs out of me and it's always fun to see some of our favorite Marvel heroes "out of character" while "in character."
