Get a peek at some international promo art for Guardians of the Galaxy

Production recently wrapped on director James Gunn's GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and many are anxiously awaiting their first look at this misfit band of space warriors, more out of curiosity than anything. Seeing as the GOTG aren't as popular as THE AVENGERS line up, it will take a bit more convincing to win over those unfamiliar with the characters (I'm positive the first trailer will woo those in doubt, though). Today, we have a peek at some promtional art, courtesy of Stark Industries, which was featured at an expo in São Paulo, Brazil.

It's likely you'll start seeing GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY promo art start popping up in your neck of the woods soon, as Marvel transitions from selling the shit out of THOR: THE DARK WORLD into selling the shit out of CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER and GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY for next summer. Personally, I'm ecstatic to see some GOTG stuff as I firmly believe it's going to be a total blast, which I'm basing off the cast, crew, and bad ass trailer shown at SDCC.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, John C. Reilly, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, Benicio Del Toro, Michael Rooker, Glenn Close, Ophelia Lovibond, and Gregg Henry blasts into theaters on August 1, 2014.
