Teaser poster for Captain America: The Winter Soldier is looking a little worn out

The teaser poster for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER has arrived and it’s looking a bit worn down. The poster looks to be highlighting the distance of time since Cap’s last adventure, showing the wear and tear of his shield over the decades long gap for the “man out of time.” It’s a cool motif on Cap’s story and fitting for both him and The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes, who find that they are both trapped in the same “time travel” dilemma, only on opposite sides in present day America.

Check it out:

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER will have a presentation in Hall H at Comic Con this year, which is said to include many big name guests, so if you’re a betting man, I’d say there’s a very good chance we’ll see some footage at the event (possibly a trailer? One can hope). Either way you shake it, this is still my most anticipated for 2014.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Emily VanCamp, Toby Jones, Hayley Atwell, and Robert Redford hits on April 4, 2014.
