Buckle Up for a kick ass peek at the Need For Speed movie starring Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul

As videogame adaptations go, most are sub par exercises in tedium. However, I’m going to reserve judgment on that for the upcoming NEED FOR SPEED, starring Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul, Michael Keaton, Imogen Poots, Dominic Cooper, and Dakota Johnson. After seeing this production promo for the film, which is directed by ACT OF VALOR’s Scott Waugh, I’m “feeling the need.” Although Waugh’s previous film lacked in the acting department, the action was top notch and I think now that he’s got a professional cast in place, the ingredients are in place for a high octane hit.

Pedal to the Metal:

Here’s the synopsis:

Fresh from prison, a street racer who was framed by a wealthy business associate joins a cross country race with revenge in mind. His ex-partner, learning of the plan, places a massive bounty on his head as the race begins.

NEED FOR SPEED is set to race into theaters on March 14, 2014.
