First pic from Fast Six features The Rock and Gina Carano just hanging out and looking bad ass

JoBloJoBlo

The Fast and the Furious franchise is alive and kicking with no further proof needed than this Twitpic of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Gina Carano on the set of the FAST SIX, both looking like a couple of bad ass cops ready to take down some bad ass car thiefs.  Well, they steal more than cars now, but still…

You’re under arrest, sugar:

The FF franchise had a fun start and then kind of just clunked along until the fourth film, which reunited the cast with veteran stars Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez.  Since then the title has shrank, but the action has grown, with FAST FIVE taking the cake as the best of the series.  With a planned number of sequels to follow FAST SIX, it doesn’t look like the series will be hitting the brakes anytiime soon.  And that’s okay, as long as they continue to bring the mindless fun and frenetic action, I’m down.

FAST SIX, starring Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Dwayne Johnson, Gina Carano, Luke Evans, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Joe Taslim (THE RAID), and possibly Rihanna (unconfirmed) is puts the pedal to the metal on May 24, 2013.
