Revel in the badassitude of these Dark Knight Rises character posters

UPDATE: Check out the three UK character posters below!

Many of you were dissatisfied with the new poster for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES that we shared the other day. You felt it was just a slightly altered version of the teaser poster. Well, today you have three new character posters for the movie that should blow your balls back into your abdomen (metaphorically speaking).

We have three posters, one each for Batman, Bane, and Catwoman, featuring the tagline “Rise.” The posters have the same rainy, foreboding feel as the first Bane poster, which everyone seemed to love.

I love these posters. My only quibbles are minor. The bottom tagline of “the legend ends” and the coming soon seem to run into each other. That and Anne Hathaway looks like she has no eyes. Aside from that, these are my favorite character posters so far this summer.

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES on July 20th.

Here are the UK character posters. I still like the domestic ones better.
