The second red band trailer for PIRANHA 3DD is essentially the same as the green band but with one defining difference: boobies!
If there is one thing the first PIRANHA was not short on, it was nudity. But, aside from bountiful areolas, the film was a fun movie that did not take itself too seriously. The cast worked well and it was very nice seeing Elizabeth Shue in a starring role again.
PIRANHA 3DD takes place a year after the attack on Lake Victoria by prehistoric piranhas. The creatures begin traveling through the town’s plumbing, gaining access to swimming pools and the newly-opened waterpark, “Big Wet.”
This time around, Ving Rhames and Christopher Lloyd seem to be playing bigger roles. The addition of David Hasselhoff in the Jerry O’Connell role from the first film just goes to show that this one is going to be that much cheesier.
I somehow wondered how they would top the 3D severed genitalia from the first flick, but they seem to have found a way. Poor Katrina Bowden. Nothing says bad date like getting a carnivorous fish inside your hoo-ha.
