The first look for Wes Anderson’s MOONRISE KINGDOM is actually a bunch of set photos taken by a TheSocialSwan over at the IMDB boards.
What you will observe below is a camp, Edward Norton in a scouts uniform, and Bill Murray with some young lads who probably weren’t even a twinkle in their father’s eyes when GHOSTBUSTERS came out. Also, Harvey Keitel has been confirmed for the flick.
The story of MOONRISE KINGDOM goes like this, “Newwcomers Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward, star as a young boy and girl falling love. They run away together and a search commences for them in a 1960s New England coastal town.” More than 300 boy scouts are apart of that search. Rumor has it that the film is due out in 2012.
