Michael Fassbender has been cast opposite Noomi Rapace in Ridley Scott’s PROMETHEUS. You have to admit this is good casting news despite your feelings on the ALIEN-prequel morphing into PROMETHEUS. To be honest, I’m pretty excited to see this project.

To make it even better, Fassbender has been cast as an android. He was offered the role last year when it was still the ALIEN prequel. The story is still a big mystery and all we know is that it will have “alien DNA”.
The film has also changed release dates from March 2012 to June 8th, 2012.
