Fresh off of some ZOMBIELAND awesomeness, we have a heavier side to Woody Harrelson.
This trailer for THE MESSENGER pairs Harrelson with Ben Foster, and it looks good. It might also offer the squirt of a few tears. The story is about two US Army officers who after leaving Iraq are assigned to the Army’s Casualty Notification Service. Foster’s character Will Montgomery finds himself drawn to a widower (Samantha Morton) after they deliver the news of her husband’s passing. Will’s struggles play out between the job, Harrelson, Morton, and everything else that comes with a return to home life.
