Tarantino on Sunshine

JoBloJoBlo

SkyMovies has a running series going on right now where they’ve roped in Quentin Tarantino to sit and talk about movies they’re screening. I enjoyed his take on THERE WILL BE BLOOD, but in this video he’s reviewing something more near and dear to my heart, Danny Boyle’s new sci-fi classic, SUNSHINE.

I know that it should bother me, hearing Tarantino spout of infinite amounts of movie knowledge at his typical speed-of-light talking style, but I actually really enjoy hearing him review movies. I’m not sure what it is, maybe it is the fact that he knows everything about every actor and every film ever made, but mainly it’s because his praise and criticism is usually dead on. If he ever gets tired of the directing thing, the man should definitely retire as a film critic.
