While this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Jake Gyllnehaal as the titular prince in the video game adapted, Jerry Bruckheimer produced and Mike Newell directed action adventure PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME (there’s been on set beefcake shots floating around for a while), what you see to the right is the first official look at Jakey G in the film, courtesy of the cool peeps at “Pop Watch”.
Dreamy Jakey stars as a prince who teams up with a rival princess (Gemma Arterton) in order to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a world of hurt through a vicious sand storm. Ben Kingsley and Alfred Molina co-star.
