Eminem in Funny People

Since a lot of you seemed so thrilled to hear about Eminem-related news yesterday, of course I’m going to write another story about him today. Because who needs friends. Eminem will appear in a cameo role in Judd Apatow’s upcoming FUNNY PEOPLE:

“I just did a cameo a few months ago with Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen in a Judd Apatow produced film… It’s called Funny People… I kinda do a little cameo in that… which was fun by the way. And 8 Mile was not a fun movie to shoot… [But] will I end up doing another movie again?… Probably yeah.”

I’m not sure why there’s so much hatred for this guy. He’s funny. His second album was the fasting selling of all time. He’s one of the most popular rappers in history. He is music royalty. I mean sure, I never released a rap album and that takes away from his achievements somewhat, but you really shouldn’t hold that against him. You can only beat who is in front of you.
