Watch: Terminus

Since there won’t be any substantial movie news until early 2008, I figured I’d dig up a few independent short films to keep you occupied until then.

Commuters face all sorts of difficulties — cramped subways, germs, crowded sidewalks, traffic, harsh weather, and of course, tenacious creatures made of sentient concrete.

That’s what happens to the hapless central character in director Trevor Cawood’s strange but compelling short film TERMINUS. Cawood has an FX background (which includes SMALLVILLE and the MATRIX sequels) and, clearly, a peculiar mind.
