Trailer counts to 21

The upcoming Vegas thriller 21 is based on a true story about MIT geniuses who who develop an intricate card-counting system to beat house odds at blackjack and make millions. Judging from the new trailer, the movie takes significant liberties with the real story (you’ll have to read Ben Mezrich’s bestselling book “Bringing Down the House” for the facts).

The movie comes from LEGALLY BLONDE director Robert Luketic (Brett Ratner was previously attached) and stars relative newcomer Jim Sturgess as the prodigy, Kate Bosworth as the romantic interest, Shia’s DISTURBIA friend as the Asian guy, and both Kevin Spacey and Laurence Fishburne as the villain(s), apparently.
