Great to see the Coen Brothers at the top of their game doing the sort of stylish and grim noir that initially got them noticed with BLOOD SIMPLE. Not a frame of RAISING ARIZONA or BIG LEBOWSKI type of whimsy here… just a searing crime tale courtesy of Cormac McCarthy’s bloody novel that could have Academy voters checking a few boxes next Oscar time.
The new trailer isn’t as visceral as the previous red-band clip, but if it doesn’t make you want to see the movie, I probably don’t want to know you.
