30 Days of trailer!

JoBloJoBlo

After centuries of mythology and a hundred years of movies, is there anything that can be done to make vampire stories seem fresh? Yep! The new trailer for the upcoming vampire movie 30 DAYS OF NIGHT has arrived, and any movie fans who like their horror dark and bleak should be intoxicated with bloodlust.

Steve Niles’ comic, on which the flick is based, had a killer hook but seemed a bit slight in the execution — possibly because such a suspenseful scenario was custom-made for the screen. The story takes place in a small Alaska town where night falls for an entire month, making it the perfect feeding ground for a clan of sunlight-allergic vampires. But the fanged invaders didn’t count on the locals to be quite so resistant.

The movie comes from HARD CANDY director David Slade and stars Josh Hartnett, Melissa George, Ben Foster, Danny Huston and “Hey it’s that guy” actor Mark Boone Junior. Check out the new trailer RIGHT HERE!
