Is this the official teaser poster for the upcoming vampire flick 30 DAYS OF NIGHT? Dunno! The crazy creepozoids over at Bloody Disgusting think so (and they got it from Steve Niles’ MySpace page, and considering he wrote it, it’s might just be). But official or not, that’s a pretty snaz image.
The high-concept horror flick stars furrow-browed Josh Hartnett and toothy beauty Melissa George as a married sheriff and deputy in a sleepy Alaska town where a month passes without daylight… making it the perfect feeding ground for a clan of thirsty vampires.
The movie was directed by David Slade, who made me feel both excited and icky (but mostly excited) with HARD CANDY. Sam Raimi’s Ghost House company produced the adaptation of the Steve Niles comic series.
