If you’re one of the people who ventured out to catch GRINDHOUSE in theaters this past weekend and/or you wanna know more about the flick’s Sicko copter-chopping or Cherry’s gun-gam, you don’t have to wait until the eventual DVD release.

VFX World has a nifty article online that delves into detail as to how some of the visual trickery was accomplished in Robert Rodriguez’s PLANET TERROR. The piece gives an overview on the pre-viz process of animatics and faux “print wear”, as well as a few other tasty bites that should interest anyone who dug the double feature.
