Nearly forty years after wowing many an audience member with her choice to wear a white T-shirt while diving in THE DEEP, Jacqueline Bisset has signed on to star in the French-language erotic thriller L'AMANT DOUBLE for writer/director Francois Ozon.

Details on the plot have not been revealed, but it is known that Bisset's co-stars will include Marine Vacth (pictured below) and Jeremie Renier (not to be confused with Jeremy Renner).

Eric and Nicolas Altmeyer of Mandarin Productions are producing the film, which begins filming in Paris this week.

Ozon has several credits to his name, but his most well known film may be the 2003 thriller SWIMMING POOL, which starred Charlotte Rampling and Ludivine Sagnier – a pairing of an older British actress with a younger French actress that L'AMANT DOUBLE's casting of Bisset and Vacth is reminiscent of.
