This video, created by Dimitri A.C. Ly of Idiomanic, recently made the horror community rounds, and it's too cool not to be featured as one of our Cool Horror Videos as well.
In just five minutes, the video takes you on an exhaustive chronological tour of the life of horror icon Freddy Krueger, beginning with his horrific conception in 1941 and continuing on through the events of the entire NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET franchise, from the 1984 original to 2003's FREDDY VS. JASON.
The 2010 remake is not covered, but its exclusion makes sense even if you are one of its rare fans; that was a different timeline, a different version of the character.
