We have a quick update on the Stefan Ruzowitzky-directed thriller PATIENT ZERO as Deadline reports that “Game of Thrones” actress Natalie Dormer will take on the leading role in the film. We still don’t know much about this one outside of the fact that it has somewhat of a zombie-esque element to it that sees an aggressive form of rabies turn people into rage-fueled predators. It certainly sounds like familiar territory, on the surface anyway. That said, PATIENT ZERO does offer a unique little twist to its story that could be just the thing the genre needs. Time will tell, folks.
