It's a good thing that the European Film Market exists because it continues to shine a light on a lot of exciting up and coming horror projects. And that is exactly the case with TAKE DOWN, a film by I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER director Jim Gillespie. We reported on this one a while back, but at the time it didn't have a cast attached to it so with Radiant Films International repping the upcoming action thriller we now have some additional details on the flick that is being sold at EFM in Berlin.
The script was penned by Alexander Ignon and it goes like this:
A group of rebellious sons and daughters of international billionaires are sent to a wilderness camp/school school in order to learn discipline. When the school is taken hostage by a group of sophisticated and well-armed kidnappers, the kids take the situation into their own hands.
The film will see Jeremy Sumpter, Phoebe Tonkin (pictured) and Sebastian Koch star. It is in pre-production with Ed Elbert, Sarah Ryan Black, Stefan Brunner, Jamie Brown, Alex Brown and Alex Tate producing. We'll have more on TAKE DOWN as we get it!
