Sleepy Hollow renewed by Fox; are you watching?

Fox’s frshman gothic horror series “Sleepy Hollow” is only a few episodes deep but has obviously been doing something right, as the network has just picked it up for a second season. The renewal is worth at least 13 new episodes, which will presumably air next fall. (Its first season only runs 13 episodes as well.)

“The show has proven to be a risk well worth taking – it’s a conceptual blast unlike anything else on television and it all holds together with inventive writing and a fantastic cast,” said Fox entertainment chief Kevin Reilly. “I can’t wait for fans to experience what else is in store for this fall and even more of this wild ride into Season Two.”
