Korean director Kim Seong-hong looks to cut deep into the mind of horror fans with his latest horror flick DOCTOR. The film is currently set to open in Korea on June 20th and it sounds like a bloody good time. A doctor looking to get revenge is bad enough, let alone one that has completely lost his shit.
Korean cinema is always one hell of an experience and this one sounds like another fantastic addition to the revenge genre with plenty of the stuff we horror fans love — blood and guts!
Doctor follows the exploits of a psychopathic plastic surgeon (Chang-wan) who flies off the proverbial rocker once he discovers that his wife (So-eun) is having an affair. Knowing the truth, he embarks on a murderous quest for blood and revenge.
