You guys ever hear of the BBC show “Life on Mars?” It’s about some dude who gets transported back in time to like the ’70s or something and gets stuck there. I mean it’s not a big deal if you haven’t heard of it, just the news today has the show’s creator working on a brand new series.
This time it seems the project will be a bit more sci-fi themed and according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision blog, it’s just been snatched up by Fox! Titled “Para Time,” the project comes from “Life on Mars” creator Matthew Graham and is described as a sci-fi tinged project. Here’s a bit more of a rundown:
The studio is keeping mum on the logline, but it is known to revolves around a group that polices parallel worlds.
Sure it’s not a whole lot to go on, but dare I say this one sounds a bit intriguing? The only other details we’re given is that former Lucas Film exec Steve Tzirlin will be producing.
