First official Paranormal Activity 4 still offers more of that creepy little boy

Just a couple days ago I was sitting right here showing you all some sort of screencap from PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 4 featuring some creepy little dude. It seems this little guy is going to be a big part of this one because the first official still from the flick just dropped and guess who’s lurking around in the background?

That’s right, that creepy little bastard! What could this little devil have in store for yet another unlucky family? Considering the plot for this one is still being kept under wraps your guess is as good as mine. So start letting the theories fly below!
