Sean Astin joins Cabin Fever: Patient Zero; Brando Eaton and Ben Hollingsworth also infected

Kaare Andrews’ CABIN FEVER: PATIENT ZERO has nabbed three of its first castmembers, and at least one of them is a plenty recognizable name: Sean Astin!

That’s right, ol Mikey from THE GOONIES (or, if you prefer, Sam from the LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy) has climbed about the prequel, which picks up when a cruise ship in the Caribbean collides with an abandoned research vessel and a deadly virus is unleashed. Passengers must then find a way to survive before the flesh eating disease consumes them all.
