Peep the trailer for PJ Starks’ faux-documentary My Horror Project

Two weeks ago came our intro to PJ Starks’ faux-documentary MY HORROR PROJECT, replete with synopsis and promo one-sheet. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait long to see a teaser trailer for the flick!

This footage is just the first of many pieces to the mystery. It takes you back to October 2006, on the night of a paranormal investigation with the former owner of “the house” and her friends. What seems like a typical spook hunt soon turns into a deadly encounter. This video footage leaves you asking several questions. Did the darkness from “the house” follow them that night? Or was this simply the case of wrong place, wrong time?

Consider those questions in the context of the film as a whole:

Grant, a documentary filmmaker, along with his trusty cinematographer Kevin and two Producers rent an alleged demonically possessed home with a very sordid past. While the Producers are hoping to cash in on what could be the next supernatural reality phenomenon, Grant has other plans. A harsh skeptic, Grant plans to make an over budgeted spook house flop to prove a point; that ghosts don’t exist a…nd to shatter the mythos of the “haunted house” once and for all. It isn’t long before Grant begins to discover the malevolent secrets hidden within the walls of the decrepit Victorian manor. As the mystery unfolds and the body count rises Grant is forced to make a deadly choice; let his film die or finish what he’s started and see this project to the grisly end! MY HORROR PROJECT… an experiment in fear.
