Takashi Shimizu’s THE SHOCK LABYRINTH 3D – which we’ve been following since mid-2009 – will finally haunt the U.S. The folks at Blu-ray.com have it that Shimizu’s spookshow will be coming at us in May, just a few months before the director’s latest, 7500, hits theaters.

Among the special features on the DVD:

-Interviews with filmmakers
-Shock Labyrinth behind-the-scenes featurette
-Trailers

THE SHOCK LABYRINTH follows a group of teenagers dealing with the disappearance of one of them, Yuki, at an amusement park’s ghost house. On a rainy day 10 years later, Yuki inexplicably returns. However, no sooner is she united with her former friends than she collapses, and the group rushes Yuki to a nearby hospital. But after checking in, they discover that things are not quite as they seem at the medical center. As the night wears on, the group sinks deeper and deeper into the events from a decade ago that led to Yuki’s disappearance.

SHOCK LABYRINTH will scare your panties right off (hopefully) on MAY 8th; pre-order the Blu-ray HERE or the DVD HERE. Check out the trailer below!
