Altogether now…F************CK YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Last month we told you of the potential for Arnold Schwarzenegger to rejoin his EXPENDABLES cohort Sly Stallone in a new action-thriller THE TOMB. Well ladies and gents, that potential has turned fruitful!

From an official Summit/Emmet/Furla press release, it’s been confirmed that Arnie The Schwarz will star opposite Sly in THE TOMB. The flick is being directed by Mikael Håfström (1408, THE RITE). As you may recall, the original plan was to have Arnie star in the Sly role for Antoine Fuqua. With Arnie taking THE STAND instead, Fuqua the Tupac biopic, things have altered slightly. Let’s just be thankful Sly and Arnie – even well into their 60s – will be lighting up the screen side-by-side once more.

Written by Miles Chapman for the screen, with a rewrite by Jason Keller, THE TOMB follows Ray Breslin (Stallone) who is the world’s foremost authority on structural security. He’s analyzed every high security prison and has gained a vast array of survival skills. But all Ray’s ingenuity and knowledge are about to be put to work in the most challenging test he’s ever faced: escaping from the master prison of his own design.

Below is a shot of Sly and Arnie getting stitched up after a grueling day on EXPENDABLES 2. Do us a favor and caption that bad boy in the talk-backs. Don’t be too harsh, or the boys will hunt you down and make you pay!
