Hannover House, the operating division of Target Development Group, Inc., will present an anthology collection of short films based on the writings of horror legend Edgar Allan Poe with the MARCH 6, 2012 home video release of EDGAR ALLAN POE’S REQUIEM FOR THE DAMNED.

The release is well-timed to coincide with the MARCH 9th release of James McTeigue’s THE RAVEN.

REQUIEM FOR THE DAMNED features five contemporary presentations of classic tales of terror by Edgar Allen Poe, including “The Fall of the House of Usher,” “The Tell Tale Heart,” “The Black Cat,” “The Pit and the Pendulum” and “Murders in the Rue Morgue.” Supervising producer for the project was Robert Tinnell with segments directed by Johnny Bones, Tony Baez Milan, Aaron J. Shelton, Anthony Vingas and Tinnell.

Hannover House acquired the worldwide rights to “Requiem for the Damned” from Allegheny Image Factory at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010, when the film was in pre-production.
