Catch a whiff of the stink in the air? That’s “The Walking Dead” shambling towards us at an accelerated pace; the AMC show is only two days away from returning to our television sets, and we’ve got a brand spankin’ new clip from the first episode to feed you.

Those looking for upright corpses will be disappointed, but by now everyone should know that “The Walking Dead” cares more about its living characters than its undead ones. Here we get a peek at the conflict that’s brewing between Andrea (Laurie Holden) and Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn) after he “saved” her life at the end of last season.

Starring Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Jon Bernthal, Norman Reedus, Jeffrey DeMunn, Laurie Holden, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan and Scott Wilson, “The Walking Dead” premieres on Sunday, OCTOBER 16th.
