Anchor Bay aquires rights to Justin McConnell’s The Collapsed

After  a  successful  limited  theatrical  release  in  Canada,  Anchor  Bay Entertainment  has  acquired  all  Canadian  home  video/VOD  rights  to  the  post-apocalyptic  horror/thriller  THE  COLLAPSED,  with  a  targeted  release  of  early  next 
year. 

We’ve been following the trail of THE COLLAPSED since we first heard about it over a year ago, so it’s nice to see it get serious distribution. When a release date is announced, we’ll let you know.

In the wake of the end of the world, a family of four
desperately try to survive against insurmountable odds. The constant threat of
a violent death forces them to stay as far away from civilization as possible.
But when they take to the forest, they soon discover that the danger posed by
other survivors may be the least of their worries.
