Taken 2 shoots in October; Famke Janssen returns

We were already aware that TAKEN 2 (as we’ll call it for now) was well underway, with Liam Neeson returning to the role of Bryan Mills, Luc Besson producing and 20th Century Fox distributing. But how close are we actually to being kidnapped by this action badassery?

According to Coming Soon.net, the film will begin shooting in October in L.A. This info comes straight from Mr. Besson, who is currently out and about promoting COLUMBIANA. Plot details are still under wraps.
