You can’t go wrong with a movie called STRIPPERS VS. WEREWOLVES, right? Well, let’s hope not. I thought you couldn’t go wrong with a movie called ZOMBIE STRIPPERS and I was pretty much wrong on that one. Although, seeing how this one hails from the UK, we can assume the wit might be a little drier and more clever. (One common denominator for both films: Robert Englund.)
In any event, STRIPPERS VS. WEREWOLVES has wrapped and is targeting a winter release in the UK. Filmed predominantly in Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in Croydon, England, the film just received an article from the city’s paper, the Croydon Guardian. Within said article is a picture of, yes, a stripper and a werewolf, which you can see right here.
Also revealed in the article is that a sequel, smartly titled STRIPPERS VS. VAMPIRES, is currently in the planning stages.
The film’s synopsis:
When werewolf chief Jack Ferris is accidentally killed in a strip club, the girls who work there have until the next full moon before his bloodthirsty wolfpack seek murderous retribution.
In addition to Englund, STRIPPERS VS. WEREWOLVES stars
Barbara Nedeljakova, Sarah Douglas, Adele Silva, Lucy Pinder, Ali Bastian, Steven Berkoff and Martin Kemp.
