It’s been a little while since we heard from SHIVER, Julian Richards’ nasty thriller starring Danielle Harris, John Jarret, Casper Van Dien and Rae Dawn Chong. We brought along some stills and a poster back in February, but since then it’s been quiet on the SHIVER front. Until… now!

We’ve picked up a promo trailer for the film, which you can watch below. Aside from the cheesy music, it sells us a pretty taut-looking suspenser. There’s still no release date, that we can find, but we’ll be sure to pass it along as soon as we hear word on it.

The synopsis: Wendy Alden, a young secretary in Portland lacking in self- confidence becomes victim of a savage killer who has claimed the lives of a number of other women. Somehow Wendy finds the resources of courage to fight back and escape and finally confront the monster of her living nightmare in a nerve shattering climax.
