While we’ve gotten a glimpse of him before, we now have a pretty good look at Stephen Lang in his Khalar Zym make-up for CONAN THE BARBARIAN 3D. Hard not to like what you see here; at the very least, you’ve got to dig the hair. Zym is the main villain in the Marcus Nispel-directed film, playing the man responsible for murdering Conan’s clan. I’m guessing he bites the dust in awesome fashion.

To avenge the murder of his father and the slaughter of his Cimmerian village, Conan (Jason Momoa) goes on a quest to find and kill the sadistic warlord responsible. However, this warlord, Khalar Zym (Stephen Lang), is on his own quest to find an elusive young woman, Tamara (Rachel Nichols), the key to an enigmatic ritual of resurrection. When Conan abducts Tamara and uses her as bait, he is pursued by armies, besieged by monsters and led to a site of primeval magic and human sacrifice.

CONAN THE BARBARIAN, also starring Jason Momoa, Ron Perlman, Rose McGowan, Rachel Nichols, Bob Sapp, Leo Howard and Said Taghmaoui opens on AUGUST 19th.
