Well folks WWE Studios are at it again, this time with a supernatural romp called BARRICADE. Let’s take a step back real quick and not judge this one right away, deal?
The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision blog are dropping word on BARRICADE today and have not only the details on the flick, but the first star attached as well! We’re being spoiled today! The supernatural thriller is heading our way from director Andrew Currie, who directed the under-the-radar zombie flick FIDO, and scribe Michaelbrent Collings. Here’s the rundown on BARRICADE:
BARRICADE centers on a psychiatrist, seeking to find normalcy after the sudden passing of his wife, who takes his two kids to a remote cabin for healing and bonding. Their joy soon turns to despair when the family is terrorized by unknown forces and the father will stop at nothing to save them from peril.
Not too shabby right? Heat Vision has pegged Eric McCormack (above) as the first name attached to the project. They also point out that Conner Dwelly and Ryan Grantham are in talks right now to play the two children.
