The trend of retro movies has been strong in the genre over the last few years. Most are throwbacks to ’70s grindhouse flicks or ’80s slashers, but what about the cheesy monster B-movies from the ’50s? INVASION OF THE REPTOIDS is here to fill that void. Watch the trailer below. Here’s the plot:

The production values may be low, but that only helps the perfect pitch. Writer/director/producer Ted Moehring says the movie is “chiefly a homage to the classic Sci Fi/Monster movies from the 1950s and filled with references to many of them and is inspired by some of the Reptoid conspiracy theories.”
The flick stars Conrad Brooks (PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE), George Stover (THE GALAXY INVADER), John Link, Kurt Strouse, Leeann Fassbender, Edward X Young, Cedric Crouch, Dave Getzoff, Lisa Lovecraft and Joseph Michael.
