It seems that every week we get wind of a new movie about a genetically engineered animal that attacks people with awful special effects, each more ridiculous than the last. Well, the latest to add to the pile of Syfy-ready cheese is SUPER SHARK. Check out the new poster and AFM sales trailer below.
We don’t have an official synopsis yet, but I think the trailer speaks for itself. It features washed up TV stars, chicks in bikinis, bad special effects, jets being eaten out of the sky and the titular beast battling a tank on legs. Are you sold yet?
The flick is directed by Fred Olen Ray (HOLLYWOOD CHAINSAW HOOKERS, EVIL TOONS) and stars John Schneider (“The Dukes of Hazzard”, LAKE PLACID 2), Jimmie “Dy-no-mite!” Walker (“Good Times”), Sarah Lieving (MEGA SHARK VS CROCOSAURUS) and Jerry Lacy (“Dark Shadows”). Expect it to land sometime later this year.
