Well folks it’s been an extremely bumpy ride for MGM and the reboots of ROBOCOP and POLTERGEIST but it seems things are finally falling into place.
According to Variety the studio have just announced they’re moving forward on ROBOCOP and POLTERGEIST after a long delay thanks to bankruptcy. Now unfortunately those are all the details we’re given but that’s enough to go on right now, isn’t it?
Now I’m not sure how I feel about these two flicks being remade. Actually I can tell you right now I’m not a fan. I was stoked to see what Darren Aronofsky could do with ROBOCOP but now that he’s not attached anymore I could care less. Same goes for POLTERGEIST.
What do you guys think? You for these reboots or are you signing off as well? Hit us with your thoughts below and be sure to keep it here for news on both projects as we hear it!
