Could Rodrigo Cortes finally be ready to start filming on RED LIGHTS, his follow up to BURIED? Well after today’s casting announcement it seems he may just be!
Word has it Cortes and company are finally ready to roll with RED LIGHTS, which has been slowly climbing that hill known as pre-production in Toronto and Barcelona. This news comes combined with the announcement that Joely Richardson (below), Toby Jones (right), Leonardo Sbaraglia and Jeany Spark have all joined the cast of the film, which already includes Robert De Niro, Sigourney Weaver, Elizabeth Olsen and Cillian Murphy.
The film centers on a psychologist, and her assistant, whose study of paranormal activity leads them to investigate a world-renowned psychic.
Weaver and Murphy will be playing the psychologist and assistant respectively while De Niro steps up as the world-renowned psychic.
Now RED LIGHTS isn’t exactly jumping out at me but considering Cortes impressed me with BURIED I’m willing to give it a shot. What says you guys?
