One project we've been keeping a close eye on is Andre Ovreda's Norwegian mockumentary THE TROLL HUNTER because, to put it simply… it looks wicked cool! The flick hits us with that 'first person-found footage' feel and offers up a pretty solid monster. Plus the goods have just kept coming with this little diddy! And that doesn't stop today.
Over at the website CGSociety.org they've scored a round of 'Making of' shots that give us a much better idea what the Troll looks like. That's right folks, some detailed shots of the big baddie! I've gone ahead and tossed up a few of the shots below but you're going to want to click through on any of them to check out the rest.
Andre Ovreda's cinéma-vérité style monster mash focuses on a group of students who discover what they believe is a government conspiracy to keep the existence of trolls in the north of Norway hidden from the general public.
THE TROLL HUNTER hit Norway back in October so those lucky bastards have already had a chance to check this one out. Unfortunately there's still no inklings of a US release but as always as soon as we hear something we'll be sure to pass the good word along to all of you!
