The first one-sheet for THE RESIDENT can be seen below. It’s pretty lackluster, with Hilary Swank giant floating head taking up the majority of space, but I still get a kick out of seeing Hammer’s name on posters again. Their LET ME IN was solid, so let’s hope this one delivers too. Here’s the plot:

The film comes from Finnish director Antti Jokinen, who co-wrote the script with Robert Orr. Hilary Swank (below), Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lee Pace, and Christopher Lee (his name may be tiny and at that bottom, but at least he received a nod on the poster) star.
The movie is described as an “erotic and sexy thriller in the vein of DISTURBIA and FATAL ATTRACTION.” It’s due out in theaters next Spring.
