Michael O’Keefe and Olesya Rulin join A Thousand Cuts cast

Can horror movies drive someone to murder? Mentally unstable people have been giving us genre fans a bad name for years, and A THOUSAND CUTS will tackle the issue:

A horror movie director is confronted by the father of a girl who was murdered by a copycat carrying out the kind of murders depicted in the director’s films.

Filming starts Monday, so casting details for the indie picture are rolling in. Michael O’Keefe (CADDYSHACK), Olesya Rulin (below, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL), and Michael A. Newcomer will star, with Jimmy Van Patten (SAW 3D), David Naughton (right, AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON), and Charleene Closshey making appearances.
