The trailer for WES CRAVEN´S SCREAM 4 premiered at the 2010 Scream Awards and some sly bastard shot it and its now on YouTube. Check it out below! Looks like Gail (Courteney Cox) is checking out… or is it a sly ruse…hmmm…SCREAM 4 stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin and Emma Roberts. Look for it to stab, slash and behead the big screen come April 15, 2011.
