You guys remember that RESIDENT EVIL CG flick from back in 2008? The thing was called RESIDENT EVIL: DEGENERATION and actually turned some heads if I recall. Well it only took a couple years, and the success of RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE, but today we’ve got news on another RESIDENT EVIL CG flick heading our way!
The guys over at IGN learned the details on this new flick, which is heading our way from Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan Co., Ltd. and Capcom. The title for this latest RE installment is RESIDENT EVIL: DAMNATION and I’m digging the hell out of it! Is it just me or is the word ‘damnation’ not used enough? The project is coming from veteran RESIDENT EVIL producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi with RESIDENT EVIL: DEGENERATION director Makoto Kamiya set to direct.
Unfortunately as far as a plot for RESIDENT EVIL: DAMNATION goes we don’t know much. What we do know is that the movie will center on the character ‘Leon S. Kennedy’ and that it’ll be in 3D. Plans are for this shite to hit us sometime in 2012.
So what do you guys think? We just learned that there will be at least one more RESIDENT EVIL live-action flick and now this.
